Dr. Michael Awad received his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from York University in Toronto, Ontario Canada. Dr. Awad also received his physical therapy degree at the University of Brighton, in the United Kingdom. He later transferred all his credits over to FCCPT, and completed his doctorate equivalence in 2024. Due to his intercontinental and multicultural experiences, he brings a vast knowledge of treatments for many pathologies, to include lower back pain, frozen shoulder, and total joint replacements.
Dr. Awad has been working in Canada with various sports athletes, such as professional/ semi-professional bodybuilders and models. Dr. Awad’s expertise also includes the active athlete with sports injuries as well as home based physical therapy for those who struggle with walking and bed mobility.
