I have seen many therapists lead by Dr. Cristina over the years at Gainesville and all have a positive, caring touch to support their patients. I now drive an hour to come back after moving out of the area. They are the BEST!

• My 11-year-old competitive gymnast (JO Level 7/8) has been working with Carissa, and the progress has been remarkable. We've seen noticeable improvements in mobility and a significant reduction in pain compared to her baseline.

  Carissa goes above and beyond—not only treating my daughter but also taking the time to educate us and provide helpful information for her coaches. The individualized home exercise program has been a game-changer and has helped my daughter make tremendous strides. While physical therapy can sometimes be uncomfortable, Carissa's humor, warmth, and excellent bedside manner make every session something my daughter actually looks forward to.

  Equally important, the overall staff and team at Gainesville Physical Therapy have been overwhelmingly wonderful, kind, and accommodating. From scheduling to the welcoming atmosphere, the practice as a whole has made this experience outstanding.

  As a rehab therapist myself of a different nature, I'm typically very cautious about endorsing other clinicians. But in this case, I can honestly say Carissa and the Gainesville Physical Therapy team have my highest recommendation. Knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly invested in their patients' success — you couldn't ask for better! These clinicians practice at the top of their license, and take a team approach in caring for their patients!

• I've been working with this physical therapy team for a few years now, and they’ve been absolutely incredible. From helping me recover from a torn groin to treating shoulder pain and Achilles issues — they’ve done it all with care, expertise, and consistency. I'm a big proponent of Dry Needling and every session is purposeful and tailored to my needs. I truly feel stronger and more mobile thanks to their dedication. • I have been going to Crystina for 20+ years. She is competent, personable and friendly. She is, most importantly, an excellent physical therapist! Every time I have seen her, for whatever ailment I had, whether post surgery or post injury therapy, she has gotten me better and back to doing the things I loved in a very reasonable time frame.

  Additionally, I also recommend Clarissa if Crystina is not available. She is also an excellent physical therapist and has other specialized areas of expertise. I had a very specific issue that plagued me for the past 2 or 3 years. I had resigned myself to just having to live with it. Then I found out Clarissa was trained to work with folks with this issue. I was fortunate enough to get this problem fixed in a relatively short time. I literally am back to normal and feel like a regular human being again.

  Sherri is another therapist I highly recommend. She is caring, compassionate and totally dedicated to making you well.

  All of the staff here are excellent. I haven't worked with the other therapists but I have watched them work. They are all the best and will put you on the mend for what ails you.

  Before I moved to this area, I had seen many physical therapists...both civilian and military. None of them, IMHO, have ever come close to the competence and professionalism that Gainesville Physical Therapy has. Everyone there cares that you get well soon you can return to your life, healed and ready to go.

  I can't recommend them highly enough. As far as I am concerned, I would not go to any other physical therapy group. This is the place you want to go to get better!

• Aug. 2025 - Dr. Christina and the rest of the entire staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful ever since I started going there for last 3-4 years. I can’t recommend them strong enough. They have been a blessing in helping remove pain and improve flexibility and strength. My physical issues had to do with sport injuries (Achilles, patellar tendons, rotator cuff and back issues.). The best part is they make it fun environment. I am very grateful to her and excellent staff!

• This clinic is by far the best physical therapy office in Northern Virginia. I was treated with discretion and respect all the way through my treatment. These women really have their hands full. Easy to schedule new appointments. Excellent customer service. Helpful when it comes time to progress further in a spinal injury.

  I have suggested and provided notes and notes of information to my own mother for her own rehabilitation. That is how much I trust this practice.
